Modern apartment close to nature, close to the center of Prague

Modern and brand new apartment in a quiet part of Prague 11, just a few minutes from the metro C - Háje. The studio apartment with a spacious balcony is located in a new building surrounded by nature. The apartment is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom, built-in wardrobe, TV, optical internet and electric blinds. Right in front of the house there is a small grocery store that is open every day. In the vicinity there is the Hostivařská dam, forest parks, bike paths and a bus stop right next to the house. Great access to the center of Prague. The space The apartment offers a cozy living space connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find a two-hob hot plate, oven, hood, fridge-freezer and basic kitchen equipment. Includes a dining table with comfortable chairs for pleasant dining. In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. In the living area there is a TV, high-speed optical internet and access to a spacious balcony. The windows have electric blinds controlled remotely for greater comfort and privacy. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. They will have privacy and can use all the equipped spaces - kitchenette, bathroom, dining table and living area. There is an elevator in the house and a smooth entrance through the security door. Other things to note Noise: The apartment is in a quiet area. Please be considerate of the neighbors, especially in the evening. Smoking: No smoking in the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parking: Parking is available on the street for free or in a nearby paid parking lot. Access to the building: Entry is through a security door with a key or a chip. Check-in/check-out: Flexible times possible by arrangement. Stated check-in 3 PM, check-out 11 AM. I always try to accommodate the guest. Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. Cleaning: Due to a change in Airbnb's terms and conditions, I was forced to introduce a cleaning fee (I didn't have any such fee before), because sealable bags for dirty pans and sealable garbage bags are much more expensive than simply asking guests to take out their garbage. I now ask guests to: Safely place all food scraps and trash in the designated sealable bags. Please scrape all leftover food and organic waste into the designated sealable bags. Place cleaned dirty dishes and pots in the kitchen sink instead of leaving them scattered around the property. Thank you for your understanding. Right in front of the house (10 meters away) there is a small grocery store where you can buy basic fresh groceries, drinks, and other small items.
