The studio apartment with a spacious balcony is located in a new building surrounded by nature. The apartment is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom, built-in wardrobe, TV, optical internet and electric blinds. Right in front of the house there is a small grocery store that is open every day. In the vicinity there is the Hostivařská dam, forest parks, bike paths and a bus stop right next to the house. Great access to the center of Prague. The space The apartment offers a cozy living space connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find a two-hob hot plate, oven, hood, fridge-freezer and basic kitchen equipment. Includes a dining table with comfortable chairs for pleasant dining. In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. In the living area there is a TV, high-speed optical internet and access to a spacious balcony. The windows have electric blinds controlled remotely for greater comfort and privacy. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. They will have privacy and can use all the equipped spaces - kitchenette, bathroom, dining table and living area. There is an elevator in the house and a smooth entrance through the security door. Other things to note Noise: The apartment is in a quiet location (unfortunately, construction is now underway in the neighborhood). Please be considerate of your neighbors, especially in the evening. Smoking: No smoking in the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parking: Parking is available on the street for free or in a nearby paid parking lot. Building access: Entrance is through a security door with a key or chip. Check-in / check-out: Flexible time by agreement. Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. Cleaning: The apartment is cleaned before arrival, we ask guests to keep it tidy during their stay. Right in front of the house (10 meters) there is a small grocery store where you can buy basic fresh food, drinks and other small items.
