Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Security Camera: IMPORTANT For your safety, there are EXTERIOR facing cameras for the front and back of the home. These run 24/7 and are recorded. Note please ensure that the total number of occupants is included in your listing or your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine, so please let us know so we can make an expectation. 4. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean! 5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM 6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest 7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel 9. We keep a track of inventory in the unit.
