The beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast & breathtaking sunsets await your arrival The space Make yourself at home in this cozy, one bedroom/one bathroom Carriage House w/ full eat-in kitchen that opens into a spacious living room & private, outdoor covered porch. This Carriage House is the perfect place to rest and relax after a long day at the beach or pool! Guest access Parking is available either in the driveway or in any gravel space off street. The Carriage House is located to the rear of the Main House and has a private entrance. Outdoor grill is available upon request. The Lagoon Pool is just 100 steps from the front door and the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast are a short 3-4 block walk! Other things to note An additional Amenity Fee will be calculated after your reservation is made. This fee covers wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands are required for guests 11 years of age and older to use the Lagoon Pool, ride the Seacrest Beach Tram to/from the beach and to use the private beach easement. The fee is calculated at $2.50/person/day. No student groups and must be 23 years of age to book.
