Other things to note NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES No smoking, absolutely no parties. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors will not be tolerated. Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. NO PETS ALLOWED No pets. No exceptions. NOISE POTENTIAL This property is in a quiet neighborhood, however, we have train tracks a couple blocks away so you might hear them as they pass by. We are also very close to Redhat ampitheater and on some nights, you may hear the nearby concerts.
