The space The master bedroom, full bath, formal dining room, full kitchen, living-room, deck, and hot tub are all available to guests. Indoor parking available for one vehicle. Guest access Guests will not be able to access the remainder of the home except during the guided tour, as restoration is ongoing. Other things to note The house has 400+ feet of waterfront on a fast-moving section of the Black River. The sound of the water is surreal! Guests encouraged to enjoy the view but are not permitted to walk on the stone riverbanks, as it can be extremely slippery…current is swift! Children must be closely attended near the river. Approach water at your own risk.
