The space Sitting at an elevation of 8,500 feet with stunning mountain views and an uninterrupted connection to nature, our cabin is located in a designated Dark Sky Community, offering unobstructed views of the stars that will leave you in awe of the night sky. The wrap-around deck provides multiple seating areas where you can soak in the fresh Colorado air and take in the scenic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the front porch. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a peaceful evening, this space is perfect for relaxation. And don't be surprised if some of the local wildlife wander through, giving you a closer connection to nature. The fenced-in yard adds an extra layer of privacy and is a great play area for kids, allowing the whole family to enjoy the outdoors safely. Inside, you’ll find toys for the little ones, a pack 'n play for the littlest one, and a great selection of board games for family fun. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the fenced-in yard, and the parking area in front of the house. The only areas closed off are the maintenance closet and the detached garage. All roads leading to the cabin are paved highways and county roads, aside from our short gravel road and driveway. We do still advise caution in the winter and spring as snow and mud can impact the roads. Please check the forecast and let us know if you have any questions about accessibility. Other things to note We do not allow pets as we have an allergy in our family. You will need to be able to climb a few stairs to access the interior. There is limited cell service in our area. The wireless internet is provided by Starlink. While it is a dependable service, there can occasionally be brief outages. No refunds are issued for internet outages.
