This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and any other form of smoking. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the property, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of deep cleaning and odor removal. Additional fees may apply if there is damage or if the property cannot be rented immediately after your stay. Additional fees may apply for damages, lost rental income, or professional odor remediation.
