This is a studio in-law suite unit. We used beautiful reclaimed wood as a major design element of this unique space. The thermostat for the hvac system is in the main house, this space generally stays at a consistent temperature between 68-72. The electrical panel for the entire house is in this unit. Occasionally our management team will need to gain access to your room to flip a breaker. Please don’t book here if this would be inconvenient for you. The space This is an in-law suite inside a larger home. It has a separate entrance but shares a laundry room. Your laundry room door will have a deadbolt lock that you keep locked except when using the laundry machines. Guest access You will have access to all of the in-law suite shown in the pictures. Guest will NOT have access to the main house or the back yard/patio area. -This is reserved for other guests. Other things to note The laundry machines are shared with another unit. Do not leave clothes in the machines! Switch over your load right away and take clothes out right away when they are done. We do provide a box fan to circulate the air and also for white noise to help dampen the street noise. This house is on a busy street expect noise especially during rush hour times. No additional guests allowed on property.
