Description
Unwind in this secluded cabin between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Conveniently located near Highway 89. Sleeps 6, and boasts a king bedroom, loft with queen and full beds, modern bathroom, and equipped kitchen. 🌅 Enjoy panoramic views of southern Utah, 👽 potential UFO and wildlife sightings, Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and ✨starry nights. Winter requires 4WD/AWD with decent clearance. Pack for adventure! The space 🌄 Perched on a hill with views that’ll make your jaw drop, this primary cabin is your retreat between Zion and Bryce Canyon. It is up a dirt road and well worth the drive. Think 🦌 deer prancing by and valley vistas that scream “Utah!” 🌌 and potential 👽 Alien Abduction. The previous owner, who had a tin foil hat collection, swears that she saw UFO's regularly. We are skeptical, but you be the judge! Most cars handle the road fine in good weather, but ❄️ winter demands AWD or 4WD and good clearance. Here is the rundown: 🏡 Upper unit. You will have the main portion of the cabin. Inquire with me if you would like to book the basement studio apartment as well. Perfect for multi-generational trips! 👨👩👧 There may be guests on the floor below you. ✌️Everyone’s here for peace, so please do what you can to maintain the good vibes! All of the interior and exterior areas pictured are private to you. 🛁 Cowboy Hot Tub. This is an experience you won’t forget! Relax in a private hot tub under the stars ✨ and unwind with the sound of crackling 🔥 wood stove. Requires set up (2-3 hours) and firewood. Bring your own or enjoy unlimited access to our woodpile for $15/night. Fire danger and freezing temperatures may cause this amenity to be unavailable. ❌ Please plan accordingly. (Typically unavailable mid-September until mid-April) No refunds will be issued if it is not available during your stay. 🐾 Bring Your Pets! What is a cabin trip without your fur babies? 🐶🐱 Be sure to add them to the guest list so the $100 pet fee can be applied. 🌐 Starlink Connectivity. You get to decide how connected you want to be during your stay. 🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen. Should have everything you need for a full meal or just use the microwave to reheat leftovers from last night’s dinner (my typical fare). Share meals or play board games around the dining table. 🚿 Modern Bathroom with Bathtub. Just because you’re surrounded by nature doesn’t mean that you have to sleep with it on you. 🛋️ Sitting Area. Grab a book and a blanket and cuddle up on the comfy leather couch for a good read. 🛏️ Main Floor King Bedroom. Enjoy the rustic cabin vibes and the modern smart TV all in one room. 🛏️ Queen and Full Beds in the Loft. Perfect escape for the kids, they will remember this stay for years to come. Access is by ladder, please consider this while planning your sleeping arrangements. ☕ Front Porch with Chairs. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee and soak in the peaceful surroundings. 🔥 Fire Pit. Comfy Adirondack chairs around the pit. Roast hot dogs 🌭 and marshmallows to your heart’s content. Bring your own wood or enjoy access to our woodpile for a small fee ($15/night). 🍔 Outdoor Dining Area. Grill up some burgers or a steak (this is cattle country after all) and eat while you bask in the sunset 🌅. ⏰ Early Check-in and Late Check Out. Start the trip early or 😴 sleep-in the last day! $20 is a small price to pay to squeeze all you can out of the trip you have been planning for months. Subject to availability. Please reach out to your host for details. ❄️ Winter Access. A snow-covered cabin in the woods during winter is as magical as you can get! 🌲 It comes with some logistical challenges but is well worth the experience! November-March can be snowy and muddy getting to the cabin. While we do have reliable snow removal for large storms, it can still be an adventure. 🎉 Please plan accordingly by bringing a 4WD or AWD vehicle with good clearance. Many local canyons will require chains as well. No Refunds will be issued if you attempt access with improper equipment. Guest access 🏡 The upper unit is all yours! Enjoy the bedroom, loft, kitchen, bathroom, and a porch for sunrise selfies 🌅 with the valley. There is a unit below you that may have other guests, so please be considerate. Drive up the road to the cabin and park on the west side of the unit. 🛒 No corner stores nearby, so hit the market before you head up! 🔑 You will be given a door code ahead of your stay for contactless check-in! Other things to note Wildlife: You may see all sorts of wildlife during your trip 🦌🐿️. Please be respectful and do not feed them. If you do see aliens 👽, do your best to not get abducted. There are a total of 2 cameras on the buildings that record both audio and video. 1 located near the rafters of the upper entrance and points to the porch, stairs, and road. The second camera is a doorbell camera located on the lower door. There may also be trail cameras on the property to photograph local wildlife. Please leave these alone. This is a real cabin in the woods — trees 🌲, stars ✨, and yes, the occasional spider 🕷️ who forgets to check out on time. We do treat regularly and do our best to keep critters outside where they belong, but every now and then, one sneaks in to say hello (especially during season changes). Think of it as part of the authentic woodland experience! 🏕️
