The Manti Loft - Countryside

Welcome to The Manti Loft, a peaceful countryside getaway in north Manti, Utah. Ideal for couples or small groups, this cozy loft offers beautiful views of the Manti Temple and countryside. Relax in a plush king bed, with a twin bed available. The kitchen includes a range, sink, microwave, and fridge, with a dining nook. Washer & dryer available. Lambs, goats, chickens, and cows can be seen in their fenced areas. Close to the Manti Temple, Palisade Reservoir, golf course, and scenic trails. The space The Manti Loft is a cozy and private guest space located above a detached garage on our family’s property. Surrounded by peaceful pastures and set against the backdrop of Manti’s scenic farmland, the loft offers a quiet, country feel with beautiful views—including a clear view of the historic Manti Temple. Coming October 2025: Ask us about the Goodwin Gathers Farm Store! It will be available for all guests soon! Please note that the entrance to the Airbnb is up a set of stairs that are on the steeper side, so we recommend using the handrail and taking care when going up or down. The property has a relaxed, rural charm—complete with chickens, goats, sheep, and open skies. While you’ll have your own space to unwind, you may occasionally see us around tending the animals or working in the garden. Guest access Since this is our primary residence, you may see our family out and about during your stay. We're so glad to share this space with you and want to make sure you feel right at home! Our property is home to a few friendly animals, open pastures, and peaceful garden areas. To help you enjoy everything safely and respectfully, here’s a quick guide to the spaces you’re welcome to explore: Guest Access Includes: ▪️The loft apartment above the detached garage. ▪️The washer and dryer located downstairs in the garage (just to the right as you come in the front door). ▪️Parking under the carport next to the garage. ▪️Behind the Loft, where you will find outdoor furniture that's shaded in the late afternoon. ▪️You may also find our lambs, goats, and chickens.. If you peek over the black east fence, you may spot some cows that are often nearby. It’s perfectly fine to say hello from a distance, but please stay outside of all fenced pastures for your safety and the well-being of the animals. If you’re ever unsure where to go, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to guide you. Other things to note No Cleaning Fee We take pride in offering a clean, welcoming space without adding a cleaning fee to your stay. We handle all the deep cleaning ourselves. We just ask for a couple of quick tasks to be done before you leave, like washing any used dishes and turning off the lights, to help us keep things running smoothly.
