My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space Building located at Beira Mar Ave. 4050 facing the sidewalk on the 13th floor. The Condominium has a swimming pool, breakfast service charged separately. The apartment overlooks the Atlantic Ocean in its nascent (well ventilated) position. Finely decorated entirely in granite, air-conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen appliances, microwave, stove, fridge, 32” cable LCD TV (75 channels). It has a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with blindex, hot and cold water. Includes maid service daily, hot water, gas. The electricity consumption will be charged separately at R$ 1.15/kwh that will be paid at the end of the rental. Breakfast not included in the rental rate. As a courtesy, we leave the first bed and bath linens, as there is no daily change. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, sauna, revolving garage, Wi-Fi and internet.
