In this cozy place, the owner lives on one floor, while the other floor, which appears in the listing, is private, with a separate entrance for guests. This space, designed as a private loft, is a oasis of comfort and style. The loft is bright, comfortable, and functional—everything you need for a perfect getaway! You can also enjoy a 25m² outdoor terrace with a lawn and a set of garden chairs and table, perfect for relaxing. The loft includes: - A fully equipped kitchen. - A relaxation area with a sofa and TV. - A bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress. - A practical bathroom with a sink and toilet, and an attached shower. - Bed linens and towels are provided. - You can relax in the jacuzzi until 11:00 p.m. (Additional cost of €40/day). Reservations are required in advance. - Outdoor pool (when there are guests, the owners respect privacy and do not usually swim) Guest access In front of the accommodation, you'll find a park with a multi-sport soccer and basketball court, outdoor picnic tables, and exercise equipment to keep you active.
