Originally built in the 1990s, towards the end of the communist era, this 60-square-meter home has been lovingly restored with exceptional care. We’ve stripped it down to the bare bones and rebuilt it with modern comforts, creating a unique contrast—an apartment with a communist-style foundation but a capitalist-level luxury interior. It conveniently transforms into two beds if needed. • A brand-new 58-inch 4K Hisense TV with Dolby Vision, perfectly proportioned for the space. • A large modern fridge to keep your groceries fresh so you can fully enjoy the flavors of Shkodra. Dining & Kitchen For those who love to cook, our modern, high-quality kitchen offers everything you need: • Fridge • Plates, spoons, and forks • Espresso machine • Electric kettle • Quality filtered water • Additional cooking essentials A cozy dining area for four creates the perfect space to enjoy a meal, whether you’re sampling local delicacies or trying your hand at an Albanian recipe. Bedroom – Rest & Recharge We believe great sleep fuels great adventures, so we’ve put maximum care into designing a restful space: • A comfortable 190 x 160 cm bed for a perfect night’s sleep. • Plenty of closet and wardrobe space to keep your belongings organized. • Soundproof windows for a quiet night—or if you prefer a bit of the city's background hum, simply open the windows and let the fresh, clean Lake Air flow in through our mosquito nets. (Just don’t forget to close them before heading out!) Bathroom – Spacious & Modern Our newly renovated bathroom features: • A modern design with large tiles. • A spacious shower room for comfort. • Great natural lighting to brighten up your mornings. ________________________________________ Things to Note • The apartment is on the 5th floor, and stairs must be climbed. However, the layout makes it a light and manageable walk. (Fun fact: We purchased this apartment from a wonderful elderly woman who lived here happily until the age of 86!). • The building residents are friendly, but most do not speak other languages. • Well-lit surroundings: We've personally invested in city lights for the pathway and staircases to ensure a safe and illuminated entrance. ________________________________________ Discover Shkodra Shkodra is a safe, vibrant, and welcoming city with plenty to see and do.
