Pool is shared with us, but most of the time you’ll have it to yourself! **Please Note: Pool IS NOT heated** You’ll also enjoy off-street driveway parking, fast Wi-Fi, and curated local recommendations from us (Rob & Danny) — your detail-focused hosts who love helping guests discover the best of Orlando. Minutes from Universal, the new Epic Universe, Mall at Millenia, Downtown, and Disney — your stay blends resort-style perks with relaxed, local Florida vibes. 🌴✨ Guest access You’ll have full private access to your suite (no need to access main home), plus shared use of the saltwater pool (usually all to yourself). We live onsite and are around if you need anything, but we’ll always respect your privacy. During your stay We live onsite and mostly work from home, so we’re usually around if you need anything...but we completely respect your privacy. Check-in is typically self check-in with a lockbox for your convenience, but if you'd prefer to meet in person, just let us know! We love sharing local recommendations when asked and we’ve curated a printed guidebook in the room for inspiration. Otherwise, we leave it up to you: whether you’d like to chat by the pool or keep to yourself, we’re happy to match your vibe. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and agree hosts aren’t liable for injuries. – No smoking or vaping on property; strictly prohibited inside the suite. – Need space for a third guest?
