The home has a warm, respectful atmosphere. You’ll be staying in a lovely, bright room with access to shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a modern bathroom. The area is quiet and residential, but well connected , just a short walk to local shops and transport links. East Croydon station is nearby, making it easy to get to Gatwick Airport, central London, or anywhere else you need to go. There’s also a small garden for fresh air and a cup of tea when the weather’s nice. Whether you're visiting for a few nights or need a peaceful base for longer, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Please note : We have two friendly cats who live here they’re both indoor/outdoor. They’re gentle and used to guests, but if you're not a fan of furry friends, this might not be the best fit. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, as well as shared areas including the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. You’re welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, relax in the lounge, and enjoy the garden when the weather’s nice. Please note: this is a shared home, so we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and keep shared spaces tidy. During your stay I like to give guests their space, but I’m always happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
