Three bedrooms are ready for you: – Master bedroom with king-size bed (200x200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, and direct access to the rooftop terrace – Two additional bedrooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed and plenty of storage – one featuring a cozy chaise longue A second bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet provide comfort and privacy – perfect for families or friends. A cleverly integrated walk-in wardrobe offers discreet storage for clothing, luggage, and personal belongings – hidden away, yet highly practical. The heart of the apartment: a spacious and stylish living area with a fully equipped designer kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooking utensils), a large dining table with bench and chairs, and an elegant sofa. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay is charged for a travel cot with bedding and a high chair. Please reserve this equipment in advance! ____ The electric charging station in the parking lot next to the entrance is available to you upon prior arrangement. The fee for charging your vehicle is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour. _____ Additional laundry room A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, detergent, dryer, drying rack, iron and storage space is available to you – exclusively by prior reservation and for your private use only. If you’d like to use the facility, we’ll be happy to reserve a 5-hour time slot for you and provide everything you need – including detergent and a drying rack.
