Discover your ideal home away from home in our excellently designed ground-floor apartment with a spacious terrace for private use – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is fully equipped, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. The large living area includes a modern kitchen, dining space, and a sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. You will also find a small room for extra storage. A Smart TV provides entertainment. The layout is as follows: - Entrance with wardrobe - Bedroom with a kingsize bed and adjacent bathroom - Bathroom with a walk-in shower - Separate toilet A free parking space is conveniently located right outside, making your arrival easy. The location is ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the train station and only 10 minutes to Wallersee. Guest access During your stay, the apartment and all its amenities are exclusively yours – a place to arrive and feel at ease. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay is charged for a travel cot with bedding and a high chair. Please reserve this equipment in advance! _____ The electric charging station in the parking lot next to the entrance is available to you upon prior arrangement. The fee for charging your vehicle is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour. _____ Our laundry room A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, detergent, dryer, drying rack, iron and storage space is available to you – exclusively by prior reservation and for your private use only. If you’d like to use the facility, we’ll be happy to reserve a 5-hour time slot for you and provide everything you need – including detergent and a drying rack.
