There are no cars on the island, and golf carts are the primary mode of transportation. Guest access Property Access Guests have full, private access to Dolphin Cottage during their stay, including the entire interior of the home, two expansive ocean-view porches, gas grill, beach chairs, and direct access to the private beachfront just steps from the cottage. Guests also enjoy access to Island Club amenities, including pools, hot tub, and complimentary use of kayaks and bikes. A golf cart garage is available for guest use if a golf cart is rented separately. Other things to note Important Notes and House Rules Island Access: Due to the island’s remote nature, guests should plan ahead and bring groceries and essentials. On-island shopping options are limited. Golf Cart Rentals: Golf carts may be rented separately. Golf cart rentals require a $2,000 pre-authorization hold on the credit card on file, which will be released after the golf cart is inspected for damages at the end of the stay. Luggage Assistance Included: As an Admiral Home guest, luggage assistance is included with your stay. An Island Club team member will load your luggage onto the ferry for you and deliver it directly to the home upon your arrival. A team member will also be waiting for you at the ferry dock to assist and ensure a smooth arrival experience. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No Pets: Pets are not allowed. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
