Our newly renovated home is steps away from Cornfield Point’s many private Beaches, tennis court, boardwalk and Sandbar. With Multiple Water views, 4 private beaches, new appliances, grill, furniture, washer dryer, beds, patio, fire pit, golf, kayaking, pickle ball , tennis, playground, clubhouse, The Kate , Casino’s , 3 lighthouses, private boat ramp. We will try to accommodate your dog too. Sat - Sat 7 night stays, other by request. Sunrises, Sunsets & Sea Breezes Academic Renters 2025 The space 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage home steps to beaches in the best community and street in Old Saybrook. Sleeps 6 with an Outdoor Shower. So much to do or do nothing. Wonderful Sunrises and Sunsets , movies on the beach, live Music, sandbars walks , great fishing and a Top Connecticut Town. We maintain the cottage ourselves with a cleaning crew. All linens, even comforters are cleaned with every stay. We also do our best in supplying everything you need. Guest access Access to entire home, yard and garage with keyless entry Neighborhood playground multiple private beaches, tennis court. Other things to note Enjoy the neighborhood, there are movie nights on the beach. Live music, marching bands, parade , ice cream socials, bonfires .
