Lake front home with private dock, on the east shore of Lake Almanor. Large open floor plan great for lager groups. The Deck has great views of the lake and Mt. Lassen. Our cove is very flat, great space by the water for kids to play, dogs to run, and lots of shade for grown ups to relax. Large off street parking, plenty of room for your car and boat trailer. The space The Kitchen has 2 full sized refrigerators so there is plenty of room for large groups. We offer a washer and dryer. We have floaties for relaxing in the lake. The dock is our private dock, when your staying here, only your group will have access to the dock. We have a high chair for small children and 1 pack n play. The stairs have gates with child safe locks so you can relax with your young ones. (My wife required this before our first stay;). There is a TV upstairs and downstairs. Both TV's are smart tv's with built in Roku, and they have Dish tv. There are four bedrooms. Two upstairs and two downstairs, (see pictures, they are labeled). Upstairs sleeps 4, and downstairs sleeps 6. There is a bunk bed in the main living area downstairs, so 1 of your 10 guests will have to be able to climb into a top bunk. Guest access You have access to the entire place, so please enjoy. Other things to note It can get very windy on Lake Almanor. Please don't leave your boat tied off to the dock unattended. Use the buoy directly out from the dock. Your boat and the dock may get damaged if the wind pics up and you’re not around.
