Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, including the convenient 2-car garage. Please note that a few closets are reserved for storage purposes and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Hot Tub Heating Heating the hot tub is not included with your reservation. If you’d like to enjoy it, there is a $75 fee for up to 5 hours. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for you. Pool Heating Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $300 for the first night and $150 for each additional night. Due to energy use and preparation time, please notify us in advance if you’d like to add this service. EV Charging EV charging is available on-site for added convenience. • EV charging is not included in your Airbnb cost. • Pricing depends on electricity provider rates and the time of day (higher rates typically apply between 4 PM – 9 PM). • Your final charging rate will be shared with you prior to use and must be approved. 🚫 Charging from any other outlet on the property is strictly prohibited for safety and electrical compliance. Pool Service To keep the pool clean and sanitized for your stay and future guests, our pool technician will be on property every Friday between 9 AM – 1 PM. Yard Maintenance Yard cleanup takes place every Tuesday between 11 AM – 2 PM. If you’re staying with us on a Tuesday, please expect our gardener during this time. Trash & Recycling • Trash pickup: Fridays • Recycling pickup: Tuesdays Someone may stop by in the morning on Tuesday or Friday to move the bins to the curb. 🔥 Indoor Fireplace The indoor fireplace is currently not available for guest use.
