The independent accommodation is located in the renovated farmhouse annexed to a manor house from 1882. It consists of a large room of about 50 square meters in which there is a double bed and two sofa beds (one square and one square and a half), a space dedicated to working from home and a dining table; a kitchen, a bathroom and a dressing area equipped with a shower. The accommodation is enhanced by a large patio in front of a fenced garden and furnished with a table for 10 people and a sitting area. The space The patio with an outdoor garden, ideal for pets, is embellished with a period stone fountain and furnished with tables, chairs and sofas. Through two entrance doors without steps, you enter the accommodation consisting of a large loft with exposed brick vaults, to which are added a bathroom, kitchen and dressing room. In every room there are books, magazines and, in particular, guides and publications related to the Biella area. There are also board games, books and children's games, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi both inside and outside the apartment. The sheets provided are made of cotton or linen, the blankets of pure wool or cashmere, and the bath towels of cotton. Upon request, but free of charge, it is possible to add a folding crib with linen, a changing table, and a high chair. Guest access Guests can park their cars right in front of the entrance gate on the property. The entire accommodation, patio, and garden are available only to guests who, upon agreement with the owners, can access the pool at defined times. Other things to note The property is located in the countryside, in an extremely quiet area, which enjoys a picturesque view of Valdengo Castle and the Biella mountains. The town center is located about 500 meters away, and in the surrounding areas there are restaurants, pizzerias, and other services. The exceptional Ricetto di Candelo is 4 km away; Biella, with its historic village of Piazzo, is about 8 km away. Within a few dozen minutes you can reach the other attractions of the area such as the Oropa Valley with its famous Sanctuary, the Cervo Valley with Rosazza, the Elvo Valley with Sordevolo, Pollone and the Burcina Park Nature Reserve.
