You must be 21 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver’s license or other ID. If determined you are not 21 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 21 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties. We may seek damages for failure to abide by this House Rule when booking a reservation. No pets allowed. In the event you lose key fobs, parking passes, garage door openers or other items are provided as convenience, you agree to pay the full replacement cost and $75 administrative fee.
