Space This is a 24 m² (260 ft²) studio at The Emerald in Maho. The layout is compact but fully equipped with a queen size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, and small dining/work area. Please review the photos and square footage so you know exactly what to expect. 2. There is a small fee to use the laundry area, the machines uses coins, there a dollar to coin exchange machine inside the laundry area. 3. There are 3 areas you can park by. if the 2 (two) building side parking areas are full, there's a large parking area across the building, you may not always get a close parking, so if you are dealing with groceries etc i recommend parking on the side temporarily making sure not to block anyone from passing on the road, offloading groceries etc into the studio then find an appropriate parking afterwards.
