Our farmhouse offers a rustic and authentic experience, surrounded by rolling hills. Our farm stay features two bedrooms, a living room & kitchen. Guests can wake up to the sound of birds singing and enjoy a cup of locally grown coffee. During your stay you can visit nearby places, or simply relax and rejuvenate in the peaceful coffee estate surroundings. The space Only VEG foods are allowed in the property. Check-in and check-out times are flexible based on availability, please let us know your estimated arrival and departure times in advance so we can make arrangements accordingly. We have a strict no-party policy, and guests are expected to be considerate of the other guests and the neighbors in terms of noise levels after 10 PM. Additional guests beyond the number specified on the booking are not allowed without prior approval. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables during their stay. Pets are not allowed on the property. smoking is allowed outside the house. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. We request our guests follow the house rules and respect the property and its surroundings. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guest access As our valued guest, you will have access to all of the spaces within the farm stay during your stay. This includes: ◉ The surrounding coffee plantation, where you can take a stroll, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Western Ghats. ◉ We will provide you with keys upon arrival and will be available to answer any questions or provide assistance during your stay. ◉ Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that while our farm stay is in a secluded area, the property is shared with our family on the first floor. We kindly ask that guests respect their privacy and noise level after 10 PM.
