Surrounded by shops, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. WELCOME!!! The space The laundry room is for shared use with scheduled hours and password access provided upon request. There is a charge per hour used. We provide the infrastructure and supplies (soap powder and fabric softener). Our proposal is PRACTICALITY for the guest, so we adapted a system of self check-in system adapted with a safe, where the guest picks up their key and checks Check-in and check-out times are flexible, without depending on the physical presence of the host. The guest will access a lock with a password in a compartment in front the building. The process will be the same for check-in and check-out. Password and instructions will be provided by the host after booking. Other things to note Furnished studio, with kitchen items, oven and stove, microwave, split air conditioner, refrigerator, 32" Smart TV and Wi-Fi. We provide soap and shampoo, bed linen and blankets, as well as bath towels. We have a shared washing machine and iron. Quiet neighborhood, with shops within 300 meters of the location. Pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and a beverage shop are practically on the same block as the building. There is a supermarket nearby 10 minutes walk, and a hypermarket with a food court 1 km from the place.
