We are located around 4km from the City Center and Centreventos Cau Hansen. Surroundings with shops, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. WELCOME!!! The space The laundry is for shared use with scheduled time and password access provided upon request. There is a charge per hour used. We provide the infrastructure and inputs (soap powder and softener). Our proposal is PRACTICALITY for the guest, so we adapted a system of self check in adapted with a safe, where the guest collects their key and checks in/out. The time of entry and exit are flexible, without depending on the physical presence of the host. We always seek to offer guests CLEANLINESS, SECURITY AND ECONOMY. Who have a wonderful experience allied at good COST- BENEFÍCIO! Guest access Self-check-in/out system.. The guest will access a password lock in a front compartment the building. The process will be the same for the check-in and checkout. Password and instructions will be provided by the host after the booking is confirmed. Other things to note Furnished Studio, with kitchen, oven and stove items, micro waves, Split air conditioner, refrigerator, TV Smart 32" and WI-FI. We provide soap and shampoo, bedding and blankets, as well as bath towels. We have a shared washing machine and iron. Quiet neighborhood, with shops within a radius of 300mts of the site. Pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and liquor convenience are practically on the same block as the building. There's a supermarket about 10 mins walk, and a hypermarket with food court 1km from the site.
