On 12/22 a tree fell in my backyard and crashed through the fence, I am still scheduling repairs but expect them to be completed by January 5th, the tree was just removed today 12/23. There’s also a portable Bose speaker available so you can enjoy music anywhere, indoors or out. For those who work remotely, we offer a ready-to-use workspace featuring dual 24" curved monitors, a wireless keyboard/mouse, and a USB-C micro dock for seamless connectivity. Bedroom Details: Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, 55" 4K smart TV Second Bedroom: Queen bed, 55" 4K smart TV Third Bedroom: convertible futon/queen bed, and also home to the work station setup. (note there was a bunk bed in this room but it was replaced with the futon for safety reasons!) So far this never bothered myself or any of my guests, but a kind guest mentioned that I should put a note about it so of course I did want to mention it! ☆ A special note on cleaning: I pay more for cleaning than I charge here but I aim to keep as modest of a cleaning rate as possible for my guests, and my cleaners really do work hard and provide an amazing cleaning service for which I am so grateful! To continue that, I would really appreciate it if guests could help to take care and be considerate of them! Wiping up spills, avoiding getting crumbs in furniture, and just general tidiness is GREATLY appreciated! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, backyard and driveway. It is very spacious! Other things to note Please note: The weight lifting equipment in the garage is provided at your own risk. Lifting free weights is inherently risky and if you have any concern about the equipment or your safety please refrain from using it!
