The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - Mezzanine with a king-size bed and integrated air conditioning; - Living room with sofa and Smart TV; - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils; - Dining area with table and chairs; - 1 bathroom; - balcony with a view of the condominium; - Common areas of the condominium with a barbecue (a usage fee of R$ 50,00 is charged, and it is necessary to reserve in advance). - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - Washing machine; - 1 uncovered parking spot (fits a truck). NOTE: The use of the barbecue grill and the gourmet area incurs an additional fee. * The cleaning included in the price is only done at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom will be provided, along with bed sheets for the number of guests indicated.
