Escape to Tranquility: Your Perfect Off Grid Cabin Getaway Tucked away in the heart of nature, our charming cabin retreat offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're craving quiet mornings with a hot cup of coffee on the porch, starlit nights by the firepit, or adventures in the nearby woods and trails, this is your place to recharge, reconnect, and relax. Inside: Cozy rustic interior with fully equipped bbq, & bedding and linens for a restful sleep. The space Located on 24 acres, the humble cabin is fully off-grid, meaning you get to escape and be fully submerged in the nature experience. You are provided with a comfy bed, cosy fire place, camp toilet, hot camp shower. There are no kitchen facilitates so you will need to be self sufficient with food (an esky with ice or a car fridge will do the job) and drinking water. There is an abundance of wildlife, wombats, roos, deers, and beautiful birds. Whether you like hiking, dirt biking or just relaxing in the tranquility of it all, you'll be tuned out of the rat race and at one with nature. Just a short 10 minute drive to Whittlesea township or Wallan for all the supplies you need. We recommend grabbing a pie from the Whittlesea bakery and Gilly's meats will have all your protein needs covered too. Guest access The cabin is situated toward the back of the property. Once you enter the drive way you will see a monument house, head all the way up the hill, past the playground and trees on your right, follow the road until you reach the gate. Open the gate if closed but it’s usually open, and continue ahead until you see the cabin. Other things to note Off-grid means: - No fridge - No power - No TV - Camp toilet or long drop only - Tank water - free to use but please be mindful of your water usage - we're in drought! Access to the property is off a dirt road. Dogs/cats are welcome, but note there is wildlife that will visit at dawn and dusk. Please respect nature and don't let your dog chase the wildlife. We sometimes have visits from the neighbours dogs, they are all friendly, please be mindful of your dogs needs. Strictly no hunting allowed on property.
