The lower level is occupied with both units having its own private entrance. Guest access We meet all our guests at check in, at the entrance porch. Note: The backyard is a shared space for both units! Other things to note We kindly ask guests to be mindful of footsteps and voices, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. While your accommodation is completely private, other occupants may be present in a separate area of the home. As with any shared structure, occasional noise transfer is possible, though this is generally minimal. There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests may be charged additional cleaning fees and/or asked to leave if this policy is violated.
