This is a separate apartment unit in a multi-family home, located on the 1st level. The upper level is occupied with both having its own private entrance. Guest access We meet all our guests at check in, at the entrance porch. The entrance to the Artist Den is from the SIDE GATE beside the entrance porch. There are posted directional signs to the entrance door at our backyard. Note: The backyard is a shared space for both units! Other things to note Our home is part of a multi-family house, so you may occasionally hear footsteps or voices from the upstairs unit. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, but some daytime sounds are normal. Most guests find this a small trade-off for enjoying such a bright, comfortable, and centrally located space. There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property (indoor/outdoor). Guest may be evicted and/or charged a cleaning fee if applicable. There is complimentary linens, bathroom and kitchen essentials, tea, coffee, internet and Roku TV.
