The gym is equipped with REP Fitness weights and squat rack. You can also drive 12 minutes to Southampton Village for shopping, restaurants, art galleries and Ocean Beaches. The space Stylish and private 3 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a 2 story house. We usually live upstairs. You will have your own private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6. Sitting area for 6, features relaxing chairs and RH cloud sofa. TV with fast internet available. Featuring soaps and shampoos from Diptyque and Aesop. Guest access Guests may use the gym, bbq grill, fire pit, hot tub and pool. The hot tub and pool are seasonal (May 1- September 30). No outside guests are permitted on property. Other things to note The space is very private. You have a view of a forest and the pool, garden area. You will also have a personal parking space in front of your door.
