The space The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the FS station (850 m), from which direct trains depart for the main stations of Rome and Lazio, including: • Rome San Pietro (20 minutes): Perfect for visiting the Vatican. • Rome Trastevere (25 minutes): Direct connection to Fiumicino airport every 15 minutes. Otherwise, Rome can be reached in about half an hour via the A12 highway. Comfort and functionality Our bright apartment, located on the first floor, will welcome you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere: • Living room: A comfortable sofa that turns into a practical 140 cm French bed, ideal for your moments of relaxation in front of the 43" Smart TV. • Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes. • Bedroom: A 140 cm French bed, spacious wardrobe and dresser to better organize your personal belongings, 40" Smart TV. • Modern bathroom: Recently renovated, with a comfortable shower and equipped with essential products. • Terrace: the first, furnished with a table and chairs, offers a perfect space to enjoy breakfasts or dinners in total privacy overlooking a quiet tree-lined avenue. The second, adjacent to the room, houses the washing machine and its detergents, for every need. Nearby services Within walking distance you will find everything you need: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars and other essential services. The promenade and its beaches, just a few minutes from the house by car, complete your relaxing experience. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal: no sharing with other guests, to guarantee you a peaceful and private stay. Other things to note Upon arrival at the property, you will need to show an identification document for registration purposes according to current Italian regulations, and pay the tourist tax in cash, the amount of which is: - from January 1 to March 31, €0.75 per person per night; - from April 1 to December 31, €1.50 per person per night.
