The whole house and all contents are for your use. The house can sleep 9, with four king size or double beds, the ninth guest would have to sleep on a single mattress on one of the bedroom floors. If you have an infant under 140 cm tall there is also a cot available, so could actually sleep ten. There is a detached garage which is not included, The owner resides in an en-suite bedroom above the garage when the main house is being rented out. Guest access You have full exclusive use of the whole of the house. The owner is residing in the en-suite bedroom above the detached garage. There is no access to the garage for guests but there is parking an available in front of the garages and plenty of unrestricted on street parking in front of house also available. The house is situated in a lovely small village with a 25 minute drive to Alton Towers resort. A good road infrastructure gives easy access to numerous towns and cities, including Stafford, Stone, Stoke on Trent, Uttoxeter, Birmingham and Manchester. Cot is available if required.
