My home is located in the center of Capilla del Monte, 3 blocks from the Bus Terminal, 2 from the Techada, 1/2 from the Provincia de Córdoba BANK and 1.5 km approx. from the base of Cerro Uritorco. I'm a Capillense at heart. Airbnb gave me friends from all over the world and pleasant experiences, thanks to the exchange with other cultures. I have a PRIVATE room ideal for up to 3 people. My wish is to provide you with a comfortable, warm space and that you take a magical memory with you. The space I will try to make your stay as harmonious and comfortable as possible. I like my guests to feel at home, being respected and guided to make the most of their days in my beautiful land. I live in a very comfortable and quiet house (despite being in the CENTER, one block from Calle TECHADA), which allows us to rest well and at the same time be very close to everything. Guest access The room has a DESK, NIGHTSTANDS and a COAT RACK for EXCLUSIVE use, for greater guest comfort. Depending on the season, I have a STANDING FAN and RADIATOR in the room itself. To improve your stay, I include a change of SHEETS and TOWEL SET for weekly reservations and WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES. The common spaces are the bathroom, the kitchen (with ELECTRIC KETTLE/microwave and complete dishes), the living/dining room, the patio with table/chairs and a grill equipped for delicious roasts. If you need to, you can also wash clothes, as I have a washing machine and dryer. Fiber optic WIFI (100 MEGA broadband): DOMESTIC, PROFESSIONAL OR WORK USE PARKING: By car/motorcycle, parking is allowed in front of the hallway door of the house. You can also park your car without problems, near the corner of the house or in the surrounding area. During your stay I give my guests independence but I am available if they need me.
