Washougal Riverside Retreat

Riverside Retreat is nestled along the beautiful Washougal River. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway with stunning views, private riverfront beach access, and a truly memorable experience, this is the perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature. The space Riverside Retreat is a cozy 200 sq ft tiny home with an additional 80 sq ft sleeping loft. The open-concept layout includes a compact kitchen and a comfortable living area with large windows and a patio door that offers scenic views of the river. Sleeping Arrangements The sleeping loft features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the sofa in the living area converts into a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is equipped with a large mini refrigerator and spacious freezer, microwave, coffee maker, outdoor grill, and all the necessary utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which features a drop-down leaf and two stools. Bathroom The private bathroom includes a modern composting toilet and vanity sink. Clear instructions for the composting toilet are posted inside the bathroom. An outdoor shower is also available for your use along with two Pendleton hooded towels. Outdoor Amenities & River Access Enjoy a fire pit and picnic table at the river’s edge. A grill for outdoor cooking is located on the deck. Feel free to use the inner tubes, beach chairs, life jackets and SUP which are stored at the top of the beach trail. Please note: The beach is shared with other nearby summer cabins, so you may encounter other families and their pets. Location Riverside Retreat is just 2 miles from downtown Washougal, offering a peaceful sense of seclusion while remaining conveniently close to town. The property is near many of the Gorge’s famous hiking trails, with plenty of opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and other outdoor adventures. ~PDX Airport (16.4 miles away) ~Washougal MX Park Motocross (6.4 miles away) Guest Access & Parking Guests have access to a dedicated parking spot. Additional vehicles must be approved in advance. Please be aware that reaching the Tiny Home requires a short walk over gravel and grass. A wagon is provided to help transport your belongings.
