Two public boat ramps and rentals from the Lily Pad boutique make it easy whether you bring your own watercraft or not. The loft is a private upstairs apartment (stairs required) with its own entrance and spacious driveway that accommodates multiple vehicles or trailers. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and central heating/air. The private bedroom features a king bed, while the open living area includes bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. Two Roku-equipped TVs let you stream your favorite shows. The Property depth is from the road to the fence behind the building. The Property width is the same as the width of the driveway! The FIREPIT belongs to neighbors & is not for guest use! Guest access Parking is located directly in front of the building. A Guest Parking sign is visible on the overhead garage door. The exterior lights of the building will come on from dusk to dawn. Follow the concrete walk along the right side of the building to the guest entrance located at the back of the building. Enter the provided code into the door keypad to gain entrance. Motion activated stairwell lights will illuminate upon entry.
