Save money by staying in the suburbs and Uber to our local attractions! The space DISCLAIMER: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Absolutely no unpaid and unregistered guests please! For safety purposes you will be evicted without a refund if you bring unauthorized guests into the premises. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, I’VE RESTRICTED ACCESS TO PUBLIC AREAS SUCH AS THE LIVING ROOM, AND REMOVED A LOT OF THE FURNITURE, INCLUDING DINING TABLE AND POOL FURNITURE. ACCESS TO THE POOL AND KITCHEN IS STILL AVAILABLE, BUT PLEASE TAKE TURNS AND MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. THE ROOM PICTURED IS THE SMALLEST ROOM IN THE HOUSE. ANYTHING ELSE YOU GET WILL BE BIGGER. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO OFFER YOU A DIFFERENT ROOM, ON EITHER SECOND OR GROUND FLOOR. I HAD A PROFESSIONAL TAKE PICTURES OF THE HOUSE A FEW YEARS AGO, SO PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE HOUSE WILL HAVE WEAR AND TEAR BY NOW, AND FURNITURE REPLACED. THE KITCHEN AND LIVING/DINING AREA ARE NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN 10PM-8AM. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! MICROWAVE ONLY. THE STOVE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. WHEN CHECKING OUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL TRASH FROM YOUR ROOM IS TAKEN OUT TO THE BIG TRASH BINS OUTSIDE. PLEASE WIPE DOWN ANY MESS YOU HAVE MADE. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE MAY BE ADDED IF YOU DISREGARD THIS WHEN CHECKING OUT. THIS IS A HOUSE SHARED BY OTHER AIRBNB GUESTS. PLEASE BE CLEAN, CONSIDERATE AND QUIET. COMPLAINTS ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND NOISE, MADE BY TWO OR MORE OTHER GUESTS MAY RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE EVICTION. I HAVE A FRIEND AND LONG TERM GUEST STAY ON SITE, AND A CLEANING LADY COME ONCE A DAY, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MIGHT SHARE THE SPACE WITH THE OCCASIONAL INCONSIDERATE GUESTS. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WIPE DOWN CERTAIN PUBLIC AREAS, INCLUDING THE BATHROOM, BEFORE USE. NO SHOWERING OR LOUD NOISES BETWEEN 10PM-8AM PLEASE. IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER, PLEASE HAVE NOISE CANCELLATION EARPHONES OR EARPLUGS. AGAIN, THIS IS A SHARED HOUSE AND THERE ARE OTHER GUESTS WHO MIGHT MAKE SOME NOISE OCCASIONALLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARPHONES IF YOU STAY AT BUDGET PLACES LIKE MINE. BY BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. Other Disclaimers: 1. The pool is old but cleaned professionally once a week. The jacuzzi does not work. The pool area is closed off during winter months. 2. The local cheap, budget Motel 6 charges $100/night, to keep things in perspective. Out of state/foreign visitors, please note that housing is expensive in Los Angeles compared to most places in America. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM A BUDGET PLACE WITH LIMITED AMMENITIES. 3. Los Angeles is huge! Please make sure this location is suitable for your needs. I’m in a suburb of Los Angeles called Hacienda Heights. Please googlemap it to the destinations you intend to visit. 4. If you book and check in on the same day, or a day earlier, there is a possibility that you won’t be able to check in until 8pm. Please message me the time you’d like to check in, if this is an issue for you. Please do not compare my $35 place with standards and facilities that are beyond what you’re paying for. I’m friendly, responsive and keep a clean place. Please be fair and rate me on those terms. If giving others a 3 or 4 star review makes you feel like a powerful person, please don’t book my place. If you’re a decent, reasonable human being, you’re very welcome to stay at my place. Sorry if I sound rude but a few cheap, mean people have left some unreasonable feedback. I’ve had over 100 guests and reviews, mostly 5 stars, with a 90% occupancy rate and multiple returning guests. That being said, I cannot please everyone, so please let me know ASAP if my place is not a good fit for you. AirBnB is usually very good with customer satisfaction. If you decide to stay, please do not write me bad reviews after because you cannot afford a more expensive place.
