Room items: minibar, wardrobe, bookcase, table, chair, fan, air cooler, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, pair of slippers, wall mirror and other useful items. There is no TV or kitchen in this listing. Residential Wi-Fi with a speed of approximately 33 Mbps. Cleaning: for long stays, general cleaning every 15 days. During your stay I teach all day in the building next to the newsstand where the accommodation is located. I have little time to pay attention to guests and I am quite reserved. On weekends I'm usually busy too. However, whenever possible, I try to interact, get to know them better, and chat. I'm usually available via text message through the app to help with anything. I am strict about Airbnb rules and 100% loyal to the platform. When I don't respond right away, it's because I'm busy working. Busy by day, usually quiet and safe at night (by São Paulo standards). 🔒 Security: property with CCTV. Concertina fences. At night, there is a motorized patrol in the neighborhood and a combined system of solidarity surveillance between neighbors. 🍞 Amenities nearby: one of the best bakeries in São Paulo almost next door and 3 supermarkets nearby (maps available in the room). 🔊 Noise: occasional traffic during the day and at night. ⚖️ Weight limit per bed: up to 115 kg.
