Our apartment is very cozy, has accommodation for 4 people, consisting of a double bed, mattress, TV, wardrobe, full kitchen, with refrigerator, stove and all the necessary utensils for full operation. We provide bedding consisting of fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillows with pillowcases, and body and face bath towels. The space Guests can enjoy the privacy of the entire apartment. Guest access Guests can use the building's common areas, such as the swimming pool and leisure area, as well as the gym, as long as they respect the condominium's rules and conventions. Other things to note For use of the ballroom, barbecue area and laundry room, reservation fees may be charged by the apartment's condominium for cost and maintenance; check prices with the Host or Co-Host. Note: 1-We do not provide extra bed linen or bath towels. We suggest a new cleaning fee for longer stays, so we can change the material already used. 2- We charge a security deposit of R$ 50 for stays of up to 2 nights; for stays longer than 7 nights, the security deposit is R$ 150. This amount will be used to pay for electricity consumption and is paid to the Co-Host at check-in. If the electricity consumption is less than the amount deposited, the residual amount must be returned to the guest.
