Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly not permitted. **Guest must be able to climb stairs. ***Paid street parking is available in front of the property. Please adhere to the parking rules. ****Please avoid bumping your luggage into the white walls to maintain the pristine condition of the home. • Self check-in: You'll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. You’ll receive a check-in form to confirm your arrival and departure times - this helps us prepare everything for your visit. • Stairs Access/Elevator: Guests must be able to climb stairs, as access to the apartment requires using stairs. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero or Bounce. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. •Noise / Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. •Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. •Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. •House rule enforcement: Any breach of these house rules, including parties, events, or excessive noise, will result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund and a $1,000 AUD fine.
