Welcome to your spacious, 223 sf, private, 2nd-floor room that includes kitchenette w/coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and private bath. NOTE: Listing doesn't include kitchen, or rest of the house, which is private/curtained off, as host lives in house. The space For the safety and consideration of our Airbnb guests and residents we don't allow firearms on the premises, regardless of certification, context, or your status. Your private room features 2 huge picture-windows, a queen-sized bed, remote-controlled climate-control, dinette, sitting area, smart TV, tall-boy dresser, kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, sugar, & non-dairy creamer, dishes, glasses, utensils (including knife & cutting board), as well as a private bathroom, which is kept clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. This secluded, two-story house is located on a "flag" lot. For this reason, Google shows the neighbor's house in searches. Our house is located behind the neighbor's, in the middle of the block. Explicit directions, including GPS coordinates and images will be made available in the "Arrival Guide," once you confirm your reservation. Off-street parking for one vehicle, available. Additional parking can be had on Pike St., the first street to the North of this property. Guest access You should receive a "Welcome" email w/keypad code to access house, w/in 24 hours of booking your reservation. If you have not received a "Welcome" email w/in 24 hours of your booking – especially if you're going to be arriving past 9P, PLEASE, message me requesting the keypad code, before your arrival date. Thank you. Entrance for registered AirBnB guests through front red door, accessed via keypad. See “Arrival Guide” for keypad code and instructions. Entrance to house may be shared with one other AirBnB guest, if downstairs AirBnB room is booked at same time as your reservation. Both bedrooms lock from the inside. Please book your reservation for the correct number of guests and/or visitors, as this is our residence, only AirBnB-registered guests are allowed in the house. Please help direct delivery drivers to our driveway in order to minimize the impact on our neighbors. Letting them know the driveway is 120' long may help them in determining when they've reached the correct driveway. Thank you. During your stay While we may not be available to greet you upon your arrival, we'd like you to make yourself comfortable. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via AirBnB app if there’s anything you need, or if you have any questions, and we’ll try to accommodate as best as we can. Thank you. Other things to note Please, no smoking, vaping, candles or incense. If you need to smoke or vape, please do so outside in the front yard or in your car. Please DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the property grounds. Please take them with you when you leave. Thank you. For stays 15 days or longer, on the 8th day, and each subsequent week (15th day of stay, 22nd day of stay, etc) we require access to the room to water plants and do any necessary house-keeping, which includes fresh towels & wash clothes, replenishing coffee, and trash removal. This is not optional, and should only take 5-10 minutes. Thank you.
