Casa Punta Cometa has a unique view of the sunsets of Mazunte, it is an exclusive house next to the protected reserve of Punta Cometa park. Perfect for 4 people, it has a pool, jacuzzi and a spectacular terrace where nature and the sea merge into a single landscape. Ideal for resting, reconnecting and experiencing the magic of Mazunte in a private and beautiful setting. The space The house is designed to accommodate 4 guests and they can move around the property between ramps and stairs. We have two terraces with hammocks, overlooking Punta Cometa's sunsets and equipped with tables and a room to eat, read and have conversations for hours. Each bedroom has queen size beds, a closet, nightstands and ceiling fans, windows with mosquito nets to have cool nights. The kitchen is fully stocked to make the best dishes while enjoying the ocean view and without losing communication with your guests who can accompany you from the breakfast bar or the terrace dining room. The room temperature pool is cleaned twice a week to keep the water crystal clear and healthy. Living room with smart TV. You can work from home with the satellite internet connection. Garage for 1 car to be able to reach our neighboring beaches The use of the Jacuzzi is at an additional cost, (give two hours' notice) but it is worth having a glass of wine with a view of Playa Mermejita and the unique sunset from the pool or terrace. Other things to note We have a disinfection and fumigation service, but it does not prevent encountering insects.
