Downtown New Haven and Yale University are a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive away. It was imagined and designed for someone looking for a comfortable and luxurious space to stay while enjoying the charms of New Haven and has all you would need. The decor emphases beauty and grace, and the flat is filled with light. The space Please NOTE: This property does NOT have air conditioning. There are fans, but during the summer it can be quite hot. The there is a dine-in kitchen with seating for 4, and everything you need to make a meal, including pots and pans, cooking oil and vinegar, and a selection of spices beyond just salt and pepper. There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms: The master with a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd a full/double size bed. Additionally there is a fold-out couch in the living room, as well as a "Pack 'n' Play" folding crib for your little one. All the bedrooms, as well as the living room, have room darkening shades as well as lightweight privacy shades, so you can let the light in, or keep it out. The living room has a couch and a cozy chair for ample seating. The coffee table has the ability to be raised so you can work or eat comfortably at the couch should you desire. There is a smart TV for you to stream. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower over tub, and the other with a stall shower (no tub). There is a washer/dryer unit so you can do all the laundry you need during your stay. Guest access Access is easy with a digital smart lock for 100% self check-in, so no worry about when you will arrive. The smart lock pass-code is automatically sent via AirBnB message on the check-in date a few hours before check-in time. Once you get into the building, your apartment will be on the 2nd floor, up the stairs to the left. At the top of the stairs you will see the door (with a "2" on the apartment door). Other things to note Please note: Due to allergy issues I am currently only able to accept dogs for guests bringing pets. This is a non-smoking property, that also includes vaping.
