Featuring a grand terrace right above the sea, MOSCHA TRADITIONAL VILLA offers accommodation in the picturesque Old Town of the Andros capital, Hora. The house can be approached by the main pedestrian street, where no cars are allowed. Visitors can park their cars at the public parking areas, only 5-10 minutes away from the accommodation and enjoy a walk at the main town (cafe-bars, restaurants, stores, museums are located there) or take a swim at the Venetian Castle and the beaches nearby. The space The accommodation offers: - Unlimited WiFi access - Large living room area with a flat TV - Central Air Conditioning System in the two largest rooms (one on the living room area + one on the lounge - kitchen area) - Air fans - 1 master bedroom (130x190 cm bed) on the ground floor - 1 single bed bedroom (100x200 cm bed) on the ground floor - 1 upper master bedroom (130x190 cm bed) on the first floor. The access to this master bedroom can be done through a traditional wooden staircase. - Large fully-equipped kitchen and dining area - Lounge area next to the kitchen - 1 Bathroom (with a shower cabin) - Scenic balcony and terrace (ground floor) - Large terrace* right above the sea, with endless Aegean Sea views (* Note: the grant terrace is in our property. After some illegal activities, the neighbors started to use it as well, which made the particular area a common space.) Other things to note According to Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette A' 204/11.12.2023), the new Climate Resilience Fee has entered into force, which also applies to short-term leases. The fee is €15 per night (for detached houses over 80 sq.m.). The amount is paid separately upon arrival and a receipt is issued.
