BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Two gorgeous bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a rotating fan. Main Bedroom: Features a king bed, a vanity, and a private ensuite bathroom with a washer and dryer. Second Bedroom: Offers another king bed. A queen air mattress is also available for additional sleeping arrangements. Both updated bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination. We provide hair dryers and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). OUTDOOR LIVING Private, fully enclosed backyard with a high fence, perfect for pets and children. Private hot tub. Fire pit with comfortable outdoor furniture. Covered log swing. Peaceful views of our creek and local wildlife behind the cottage. WORK & CONVENIENCE High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The living room coffee table converts to a desk for a dedicated workspace. In-unit washer and dryer available for your use. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire cottage, the fenced-in backyard, and the surrounding grounds. Self Check-In: Enjoy simple and secure self-check-in with a keyless entry keypad on both the front and back doors. Your unique entry code will be provided 24 hours before your arrival. Parking: On-site parking can easily accommodate two cars, with space for a third if needed. EV Charger: An EV charger is available for your use. Please let us know when you book so we can provide you with the access code. Other things to note PET POLICY We love hosting pets! We welcome up to one dog (50 lbs. max) NO PET FEE! If you wish to bring more than one dog, please message us for case-by-case approval. Please clean up after your pet in the house and yard (waste bags are provided). To prevent additional cleaning fees, pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, couches, and blankets. Please bring your own pet bed or blanket for them. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials, including hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For longer stays, we recommend bringing additional supplies. SAFETY For your security, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing the front and back doors. There are no cameras inside the property. CANCELLATIONS We adhere to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. We strongly encourage purchasing traveler insurance, as we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues or natural disasters.
