We're a quick message away the entire stay if you need anything. For your privacy, the only cameras on the property face outward, none inside. Other things to note A few things worth knowing before you book: - The driveway is steep. You can drive all the way up to the entrance, and it holds three cars, but the grade is real. Take it slow, especially in winter or with little ones, and you'll be fine. - About the setting: this is a comfortable cabin in a friendly mountain community (Echota), chosen for being close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood rather than tucked deep in the woods. If you want minutes-to-everything convenience, you'll love it; if you're after total isolation, this isn't that cabin. - Hot tub: for guests 25 and over, no alcohol, used at your own risk. - Pets: warmly welcome with advance approval. Unapproved pets carry a $250 fee, so just give us a heads-up and you're set. - Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. No parties or events; no long-term stays. - No unauthorized fires, including candles ($100 fee plus any damages). The outdoor fire pit is yours to enjoy. - Premium mattresses and linens, with a spotless turnover every time. Full-size washer and dryer on site. - We leave a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels.
