House located in the municipality of Porto Belo/SC, in the center of the city and close to the beach. It is a quiet and safe place with a beautiful wooded garden. A nook to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. The space The property is a 26m² kitchenette that sleeps a couple. With access to wifi and parking space in the garden for a vehicle. Cozy space with air conditioning. Integrated bedroom, living room and kitchen. The bedroom is a suite with a double bed and closet for clothes with shelves and hangers. The bathroom is complete with an electric shower. Living room with sofa, raque and smart tv with reception of open digital channels. In the kitchen has a fridge, gas cooker with oven, sink, table with chairs, pans, crockery, cutlery, blender, thermos, toaster, electric coffee maker and other kitchen appliances. On the balcony has a space with a washing tank, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom and a cloth for cleaning. The barbecue available at the house is portable and has a grill/skewer. Two beach chairs are available. Other items available in the house: *two pillows, two pillowcases, two sheets and one bath towel per guest; *one hand towel and one floor towel for bathroom, one toilet paper roll and liquid soap; *two dish towels, one tablecloth, one kitchen sponge, one sink cloth, and one liquid detergent. Attention: The above items have no exchange or replacement and covers are not provided. Oleo/pepper/coal/hashi are not provided as they are items described by the site in "amenities" and I cannot edit them. Guest access Access to home, garden and sports court. Other things to note The land is 3,500 m², it is all walled with an entrance gate. There are other houses on the land that are also rented by season and a court with a volleyball net and soccer goal. The central garden area and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family. The distance to Porto Belo beach is approximately 100 meters. If you have a boat or jet ski, please inform before requesting the reservation. Vessel or jet ski will only be accepted upon request and if space is available in the field.
