On the ground floor there is a small entrance, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a bright living area with an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable double sofa bed, as well as a laundry room and a full bathroom with a shower. The highlight of the house is the panoramic balcony, directly overlooking the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Marano valley. A small table with two chairs makes it the perfect place for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply to enjoy the tranquility of the landscape. Guest access The house has independent access. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note To fully enjoy the area, it is advisable to have a car. The house is not wheelchair accessible. No pets allowed.
