Need a place to stay for a short-time while in town for work? Is your house not quite ready for move-in and you need a quiet place to rest? This space is designed for professionals in town for work, locals undergoing home renovations, or new residents that are moving to the area. Each guest will have their own bedroom with a bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and amble closet space. The guests will share a bathroom, fridge, and kitchen. We offer a garage space for rent which can be used as a storage unit or as a parking spot. The garage is directly under this unit. Note: A minimum of 1 positive review is required to book this space. This ensures that both guests in the space have used Airbnb before and are certified as good guests. Guest access Guests will park on the street and then walk to the back door to access the unit. Guests will use a keypad to enter the back door, go up the stairs, and then enter into the unit. Room A is on the right. The key to your room will be available right on the door knob for easy access. The laundry room is shared with the other Airbnb guest and is on the ground floor. This Airbnb is strictly for 1 guest per room. That keeps the space more comfortable for the other Airbnb guest. If you want to book the other room for your friend or co-worker, that is an option! During your stay The host family lives in the home as well. You may interact with them outside, if they happen to be around! Other things to note A minimum of 1 positive review is required to book this space.
